Lithuanian technology company Smartivus will present its newly developed s5.video sports streaming solution at Riga Comm 2026. Created for sports organizations, the solution covers the complete process from capturing a game to delivering the content to viewers and generating revenue from it.
The s5.video solution combines a motion-tracking camera, the PlayControl management app and a branded streaming platform. The camera uses machine learning to follow the game automatically. Its fixed wide-angle camera continuously detects the ball, while the rotating upper camera follows the action and adjusts the view. This allows sports organizations to stream games without a camera operator at the venue.
PlayControl allows staff to start and stop the stream, enter the score and manage essential game information using a phone or a tablet. Score updates appear directly in the live stream, giving viewers a more complete experience.
The content is delivered through a branded streaming platform and apps for web, mobile devices and Smart TVs.
