Find out more about Financial and Capital Market Commission’s (FCMC) support for FinTech companies to grow at RIGA COMM Fintech Conference on October 15!
FCMC offers two instruments to support FinTech companies in every step of growth: Innovation Hub and Regulatory Sandbox. Whatever your business idea is about: become a payment institution, crowdfunding platform or crypto-asset service provider, you may get special expertise and test your business model or financial service in secure environment.
Innovation Hub is the right place to:
– Get free of charge guidelines whether your service or business model is subject to any regulation
– Get explanations and practical help about licensing and supervision requirements
– Get advice in ICT security by implementing of innovative solutions
Regulatory sandbox is for you disposal when you:
– Want to test new innovative product, service or business model in special regulative environment before “go-to-market” strategy
The support available to the FCMC will be presented Marine Krasovska, director of financial innovations’ department in FCMC. She is banking professional and ex-cofounder of fintech company. Marine has huge experience in financial sector in top Baltic banks: Luminor, DNB, SEB. In FCMC, Marine is responsible for supervision of PI/EMI and other FinTech companies and development of Fintech environment in Latvia by improving regulation and providing support. Among others, the department is responsible for ICT supervision of financial institutions, and implementation of SupTech and RegTech solutions, to make supervision process more digital and automatic.
