IoT for time attendance and tools registration

IoT for time attendance and tools registration solution is developed for construction, manufacturing and services companies, which are looking for new technologies to improve business efficiency. Modern IoT solution allows to organize marketing, to prepare commercial proposals and contracts, to plan and control implementation of the contract. The solution also includes energy and other resources meters, registrators of time attendance of the workers and used tools in the process, controllers of the machinery.

The solution integrates modern IoT infrastructure for time attendance:

  • stationary scanners (contactless ID cards, face recognition, fingerprint);
  • scanning workers’ RFID cards by facility supervisor NFC phone;
  • apps in the workers’ phones scan GPS coordinates and send to the server.

Management of tools is realized with NFC tags and NFC phones for managers, who scan worker contactless ID cards and tools NFC tag. Immediate information about missing employee allows sending an automatic message to the manager who could send another employee, to check who is using the necessary tool, control effectiveness of company recourse usage.

Data from IoT is used in the business process management system AIVA 9001, which generates pass logs, timesheets, tool transfer logs. This data, in turn, continues to be used for other tasks: planning workers and tools for projects, for the production planning and for the execution control
