Andris is Head of Data & Analytics services at KPMG Baltics, he has vast experience in the financial industry, development of data and analytics (D&A) solutions and management consulting. His experience includes working for one of the largest banks and insurance companies in Latvia where he gained expertise in financial planning and analysis, and a great number of projects related to sales development and efficient use of data analytics. Andris has managed engagements that relate to management information systems, optimization of management reporting, automation of data analytics processes, development and implementation of business intelligence tools, design of dashboards & definition of KPIs, development of pricing and cost models etc. His experience in projects is also related to retail, food production industry, manufacturing, local municipalities and state-owned companies.
Juha is responsible for developing Garmin´s Health business and partnerships with a special focus on North- and East Europe as well as on the Middle East. Prior to Garmin, he has collected vast experience in harnessing digital solutions for population health and behavioural change. He is a co-founder and chairman of child health promotion platform Muuvit.

Paul has had a successful career in the Telecoms and IT industry for nearly 30 years.
